Admin Team Column:
Virtual Assistant: BOB Team Member Card:
1. Have Bob's hours and possibly payment information and link to his original contract and any other HR/admin stuff related to him working for you
2. Have Bobs Daily Checklist. This should include
Check in: Login Date/time (approx 9am EST)
Keep notes on what tasks are worked on.
Make Sure Ads are live, no payment issues.
Check out: Logout date/time, add a summary of days work. (8 Hours from check-in time)
Remind Manager of anything that you need to make your job easier or anything that's blocking you from proceeding
You can also include an on boarding checklist, monthly checklist, weekly checklist and saily checklist.
Budgets/Billing:
In this card keep track of all budgets and use it to notify team of budget issues.
3. Also, start adding in templates for repeatable tasks or repeatable campaigns. If this gets too long of a list, you can make this card link to a new board or just list all the template you have in text and link to them.
Live Accounts have two columns to keep simple accounts visible and a 2nd column that allows us to dive into more complex accounts.
RULES:
Live Account (Simple): If they are a simple, one campaign client use one card in this column to complete all operations. We usually use these if it's a basic google search ads campaign with a lower budget. These are left here so it's easy to check in on them without opening up another board. If a campaign is getting more complex and we need to start adding things like retargeting and unique new ad groups with landing page build outs, then create a board and update it to a complex live account. Move the original card into the new client board.
Live Account (Complex): If this is an advanced campaign with many moving parts. We're going to require and entire board for implementation. Name the board [Client][PPC Operations].
Live Account Board Complex
[CLIENT] [PPC Operations]
Use these boards to build out complex campaigns and allow remote workers to get approval from remote managers.
